Grantee Publicity Requirements
Watertown Community Foundation (WCF) funding must be acknowledged by all grant recipients.
Inclusion of the WCF logo or name and an acknowledgement statement must appear in all print and digital materials and platforms that reference programming funded by WCF. This includes but is not limited to brochures, flyers, signage, presentations, performances, newsletters, press releases, websites, social media feeds, and videos.
One of the following acknowledgement statements should be utilized:
This program is funded in part by a grant from the Watertown Community Foundation.
This program is fully funded by a grant from the Watertown Community Foundation.
WCF logos may be downloaded from https://www.watertownfoundation.org/ in the website footer. The logos should not be altered in any way. If a different file format is required, please contact info@watertownfoundation.org.
Digital materials should also include a link to www.watertownfoundation.org. If the WCF logo is used, it should be hyperlinked to our website. If the WCF logo is used, it should be hyperlinked to our website.

Within the required grant report, grantees will be asked to submit samples of how the WCF publicity requirements were met.
